Our client asked not to be booked here again. She reported that the floor of the room was damp and the room smelled musty. She also encountered several bugs in her room during her stay. These conditions gave her an overall feeling that the room was not clean or well-maintained.

This is a massive hotel with several amenities. There was some construction but that didn’t interfere with our stay. The outside restaurant was great and overlooked the beach.
