As the largest transportation center in New England, Boston's Logan Airport (BOS) provides service to multiple U.S. and international destinations. Located only three miles across the harbor from downtown Boston, Logan is close enough to get you quickly to your Boston destination and is large enough to provide many amenities.
Logan Airport has three terminals for domestic flights as well as a terminal for international service. With a maximum walking time of ten minutes between terminals, as well as shuttle bus service to and from the international terminal, the airport is designed for quick access to all of the gates. Public transportation is readily available to get you to downtown Boston in fewer than 20 minutes via subway, bus or water taxi. Rental cars are also available, which makes it easy to get around the city and explore neighboring areas like Cambridge at your own pace.
Covering 1,123 miles, a nonstop flight from Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport (MSP) to Boston is about three and a half hours. The many hotels near the airport allow for quick access to all that Boston offers including the Institute of Contemporary Art, professional sports teams, a world-class aquarium, Quincy Market and many renowned colleges. As one of the oldest cities in the United States, Boston is full of historical sites and centuries-old architecture to enjoy.
