This was a great hotel for my family of four. The room was spacious, and clean. We were on the second floor and the employee who checked us in told us where to park so we could use the elevator with our luggage (it isn't close to the front desk). My youngest daughter enjoyed the pool (it was a little chilly, but it was October). We were pleasantly surprised that breakfast was offered for a limited time. It was enough - fruit, bagels, muffins, coffee and juice. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Great and clean hotel! Beds were comfortable. Staff were nice and friendly. Parking was easy, had no issues. My only problem was that you couldn’t adjust the room temperature and it was hot for both nights we stayed. I did call the front desk and the room temperature couldn’t be adjusted apparently. Staff did bring in a fan, however room was still hot.

Got to the hotel and found that the air/heat system was turned off for the entire property. Room was stuffy. Couldn't open a window because our window was completely bronken and wouldn't open. Had to switch rooms, even with the window open for the few inches it actually opens, it was git and stuffy the entire weekend. Weekend got topped off with the water heater breaking and everyone taking ice cold showers.

The property was run down. Limited options for food. Unable to control the temperature in the room. Fan was brought to the room that was flithy and blew dust particles everywhere. Towels were stained. Bathtub didnt drain and had rust from pipes floating in water. No hot water for shower. Limited pool hours and you needed maintenance to open pool door when open. Would not stay here again. Not worth the overpriced cost of stay.

Our stay here was very disappointing and we will not return. Pros: Easy parking, nice common areas of the hotel, very friendly front desk staff Cons: You cannot control your room temperature. We asked because our room was hot and humid and we were given an old fan to use. We had no hot water on our last day and were told we had to wait for the boiler to come back on and heat the water it was 9AM and we had cold showers. The pool hours are very limited and you have to ask to be let into the pool area. The restaurant was closed (even though we were told it would be open), but you could get bar food and drinks that were very expensive. When leaving we expressed our concerns again and were offered a 10% discount per night. Overall for the price we paid $695 for 2 nights, it was not worth it and we will not return or recommend.

We loved our stay at the Sleepy Hollow Hotel so much! The staff at the front desk was very friendly and I loved that you can communicate questions via text during your stay. We had a patio room which was great to just sit outside at night - beds were very comfortable and room was spotless. Will be back again!

Since you enter that door, the peaceful environment inside the lobby is unique, the area smells amazing, clean and attentive personel in the desk. The rooms the same, clean, smelling good. The surrounding area is delightful, I really recommend it 100%
