"2/10 because of the three staff members I encountered. The manager, 3rd shift front desk guy & maintenance guy were all nice.
There were issues with the wall Plug in our first room. The outlet kept shorting causing the fridge and microwave that was plugged in to shut off. Maintenance guy came in and fixed it. We woke up the next day and it was off again. They moved us to another room that had BED BUGS. We stayed up all night washing and drying our clothes making sure none got in our luggage. I complained and was given a free night and $30 refund for the microwave/ fridge issue. They were all nice about it and I was livid. Area was nice. A couple blocks from Busch Gardens and right across the street from the university of southern Florida. The room service staff was horrible. We had to keep asking for towels. They’d give us 2 a day but we had 4 guests. They wouldn’t give us clean ones until we gave them the dirty ones. I called and requested they clean our room and they never came. Seen them working a couple rooms down and asked if they could and was told we needed to leave first. We’d been gone for hours prior to this thinking they would come. We had to sit our trash cans outside of our door to have it changed. They’d dump it and put the trash bag on the side of the can instead of put the bag in the can. They get a 0/10 for the bed bugs. 2/10 for the customer service skills. Property looks good but I Would not recommend."
