Horrible experience!! We drove 10 hours to my daughter’s graduation to find out the hotel cancelled our reservation They said we were supposed to pay in advance but I booked a reservation to pay at the property VERY DISAPPOINTED! We were traveling with an 81 year old person. The lady took forever to show up at the front desk and show no sympathy at all

I prepaid for the room. When I checked out I was told I was all set. I now have a charge from Hilton to my CC for $10.75. It would be nice to know what that charge is for? The light bulb was burned out on the microwave and the pool was not heated.

This was a very nice hotel. The staff, when we entered, was friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and spacious, and most of all, the bed was comfortable. The room had a full size refrigerator, microwave, dishes, and dishwasher. There was ample counter space to place luggage and other items. We will definitely be back.

We had never stayed at a Home2 Suites before so we were not real sure what to expect. Place was excellent! Very clean and rooms have plenty of space. We both said we will start staying at Home2 Suites when they are in the area of our travels.
