Our experience started poorly when we stepped off the elevator and were hit with an overwhelming smell of marijuana smoke. The odor was so strong in our assigned room that we had to immediately return to the lobby and demand a room switch. ​While the staff moved us, the second room was hardly an upgrade. The furniture was incredibly old and outdated, looking like it hadn't been changed in years. The maintenance was clearly neglected as well; the laminate flooring was peeling up right near the bathroom entrance, which was a tripping hazard. To make matters worse, when we pulled back the covers, we found a visible stain on the bedsheets. ​Between the lack of cleanliness and the dilapidated state of the rooms, I cannot rate our experince past poor.

I normally don’t leave low reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. There was no cold water at all in the room. The faucet and the shower only put out scalding hot water, making it impossible to wash hands, shower, or even brush my teeth safely. I reported it, but nothing was fixed during my stay. A hotel should at the very least provide safe, usable water, and this one failed at the most basic level. I would not stay here again until this issue is addressed.
