Would not recommend staying at this hotel. The decor and general public areas are tired, not updated and not so clean. Furniture is cracked or dented or chipped. There is good hot water pressure in shower however. Bathroom hasn’t been updated but decent. Staff are courteous. Plenty of parking but main issue is cleanliness.

In a Beautiful small town. Reasonable distance from NYC. Great to relax after the overwhelming NYC. The hotel is classy and comfortable. The lobby is huge and elegant , It’s clean but old. their carpet a bit dated but they are not dirty. The staff are nice. Parking lot huge. Steps to a beautiful small Catholic Church. I love this old friendly hotel, not those corporate boring big chain hotels.

We were very impressed by how rustic and clean the interior was. The price was perfect. Abundance of parking. Greeted by Steve and he was very personable and positive! His mood set the comfortable environment for our stay!

Check in was easy and staff was kind. Bathroom was kind of dirty, stains on carpet. Beds were comfy. But beware - our room was soooo hot. Windows don’t open and the cooling systems didn’t work. Am they gave us a box fan but it was ROUGH. None of us slept well. We won’t stay here again.

It was from October 9th to 12th, but on the evening of the 9th, the temperature dropped, so I tried to turn on the heater, but I think it's the first time in my life that a hotel with only cold wind and no heater has been installed. It was so cold that day that I couldn't rest properly. Fortunately, the daytime temperature rose the next day, so I spent the next evening on the same day, but it rained from Saturday, so the temperature dropped again, so I had to check out the next Sunday morning, but I left the hotel early in the morning. I wish the heater came out properly, but it's too cold, so I think we need to think carefully about the next reservation.

This hotel is a little dated but that is reflected in the (low) price. The people who work there are friendly and helpful. The bus to NYC is right in front of the hotel. The area is safe. Restaurants, including kosher, are very close by. Clean property.
