THIS HOTEL WAS A LIFE SAVER!

We had to find a new hotel because the hotel we had reserved was absolutely awful. This hotel literally was a life saver. It was spotless, staff was absolutely amazing and we just are so thankful rooms were open. They had fresh water and coffee available. Even though construction was going on, they still managed to have everything tidy! Thank you so much.

The reception area reeks of cigarettes and room smelled faintly of cigarettes. In this day and age no hotel should smell like cigarettes and it is unhealthy for anyone to breathe let alone smell smoke particles in their bed completely unacceptable.

Front desk staff were never at the desk, breakfast area was to small and if somwthing was empty we had to go ask for more, but wait for the staff to eventually get back to the desk Room was very damp, toilet was broken, water didnt get hot in the shower.
