The hotel is very outdated, however was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast, was hot and the gentleman working kept the hot food coming. The proximity to what we wanted was great. We did not spend too much time in the room but would stay again if we were coming through Syracuse again.

Nothing more could be done for our noisy neighbour fighting screaming and constantly slamming their door. However we were on the 4th & top floor and could clearly hear the conversations coming from outside vehicles arriving leaving their doors, and there was a reeking smell in our room.

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. After arriving after midnight, I needed a late check out. He arranged for me to stay until 1pm. I was able to get some much needed rest!

Front desk provided quick and good customer service. Clean overall facilities, spacious rooms, complete bathroom miscellaneous. I like the ample space to store luggage. Peace and quiet area, good place to have a quick short break from a long drive. Sufficient and timely replenishment of food counters and drinks station. Highly recommended place.
