Can’t wait to return!

I was a little nervous because of the price … the low cost had me questioning the quality but I was so pleasantly surprised! Service was exceptional! We were there three days, two nights so staff changed several times but every single person was professional, personable, and a joy to talk to. Our room was very nice, clearly upgraded bathrooms, and the beds were like clouds! Those pillows!!!!!!!!!!! Breakfast was delicious! It included waffles (make your own in the waffle maker), scrambled eggs, sausage or ham, home fries, assorted bagels and breads, cereal, yogurts, and fruits. If you don’t like any of that, you are surrounded by fast food places and not a long drive from downtown Syracuse. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Traveling to Syracuse to visit a friend attending the University. Location was perfect, ten minutes from the Southside Campus. Parking lot was very well lit with plenty of spaces available. Staff was very friendly even at 4:30 in the morning when I checked out. The room was exactly as picture on the web sight. For the value it was exactly as expected.

The receptionist asked if I booked online, said she didn’t find my reservation and there was no available room for me. I showed her my confirmation email on my phone, without even looking to read it, she gave me the key right away. I really do not understand what game are they playing. This was not my first time with similar experience. What benefit would you get by doing this to your customers?

Breakfast was very good, bathroom was very nice- clean and felt luxurious with great lighting, large showerhead, sliding doors on a low- threshold shower and thick towels. However, mattress seemed worn down, sunk in the middle. The room had a very bad smell (garbage??)and an exterior door which was not tight-fitting.
