The room was quite run down. Doors squeaked. Closet doors stuck. We couldn’t control the temperature. A lot of evidence of trying to do patch jobs. Front desk, bar and restaurant staff were very nice. Breakfast was very reasonable and good.

Rooms need updating (old cabinets and drawers don’t open and close properly, etc) but that seems to be common these days. The beautiful entry, bar, and restaurant give a nice rich feel. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Our shower dispensers were out of soap and shampoo and staff refilled them within five minutes of our request.

Room wasn’t spotless but was ok. Pretty run down. Hard to open closet doors. Hot and cold water were reversed. The room was freezing when we got in it so we turned the heat to 68. When we returned from our event the room was stifling hot and we couldn’t turn it down.

In town for hockey tournament - room was coated in dust, only one roll of toilet paper, Kleenex box empty, shampoo on the wall empty, shower head pulsating out of wall, and strong odor in hallway. Less than prompt or friendly staff at the front desk. Will not be returning.

Its off season here so i understand semi not keeping up but our room had trash all over dirty clothes in the dresser that were not ours along with hair ties and used soap in the shower. Will not be returning. When we mentioned it to staff all she said was I'll make note of it and rushed off

Staff was nice and helpful, bartender was great. However they definitely don't like to heat their hallways/pool area! Very cold throughout the hotel. Rooms are a bit dated and could use some updates. But overall it was an ok stay for the price.
