This was my second time to this property in six weeks. Staff continues to be warm and welcoming. Willing to assist. Unfortunately, this trip their services did not exceed expectations. For one, Housekeeping did not clean room on the second day. I notified them following my return that evening, yet no one was available to clean room. Second, when I notified staff on leaving the hotel, they apologize yet did not offer any compensation for the mishap. So, I paid for a service yet did not receive the services they advertise for. That is beneath standards in customer care and in the hotel industry. Third, they should provide more staff to cover the bar at night and extend hours. I was told Utah laws prevent them from allowing customers to take wine to their hotel room, so there is no self-service to the customer. Hopefully, this review will be forwarded to their management as I do plan to return in the Fall 2025. Overall, beautiful facility and staff have a desire to serve their customers.
