"We had a double queen room and one bed didn’t have a comforter. We checked in with 4 adults but only had 3 towels in the bathroom. On the second day we asked for a comforter for the second bed and extra towels and then never received them. Elevators are a pain in the behind also. We did love all of the artwork though. "

"Elevators where not available due to large Christian group of children staying for a convention. Teenage children would hit the button for all floors and hold elevators for friends. Had to use the emergency stairway on multiple occasions from the 10th floor! Hotel management should have placed personal in the elevators to stop this abuse! Also Chaperons for the group where nowhere in sight. "

"The room was very clean, there was always someone at the front desk and each staff member I encountered was friendly. The breakfast buffet was a nice bonus. Overall 10/10."

"Front desk Allysa was very courteous informative and was there for all our needs. Food and sevice at our complimentary food and drinks were awesome. We will definitely be back. Hopefully 2nd elevator will be repaired,. "

"Extremely rude employees at the breakfast was leaving the gravy open for my daughter to get some shecliterally shut it while she was grabbing the laddle Housekeeper doesnt speak english and failed to clean our room and provide extra towels as requested "

"The property was nice but dated. There were not enough outlets, sink faucet not attached, awful room spray, only 1 of 4 elevators working with a very busy hotel makes for 10+ minute waits. QR codes on the room menus did not work so it was difficult to order food or even know what was offered. Plenty of staff and those interacted with were very kind. "
