"I was a little disappointed because we weren’t able to check in when we got to the hotel due to the room not being ready, not a big deal. They stored our luggage for us, which was really great, but when we got back to the hotel after going to a baseball game, we learned that they had given our room away. Then gave us a key to a new room, went to the room and there was already someone in that room. After going back to the lobby to tell them that there was someone already in the room they gave us a new room but we needed two beds and this room only had one. We made it work, but it was definitely disappointing to not get the room I reserved and they didn’t offer any kind of apology or anything.... "
