Hotel staff is nice enough, Check-in went well. We have stayed at many different Drury properties, this hotel is not consistent when it comes to the cleanliness and overall vibe of friendly/bright/laid back. The room we were given as well as the hotel common areas like the dining area have a feeling of being unclean. Things seems dingy. Room entrance was sticky. Lights were partially turned off at about 6:45 at the kick back. Seemed the manager…. Somewhat wiped some tables, kitchen staff came out as well very loud…definitely had the feeling of moving us out asap. This hotel does not match the brand. Also, being penalized for having a car with an exorbitant parking fee is ridiculous. No need to nickel and dime people for every cent you can get.
