Very clean and spacious room and property. Food options were located very close in the casino. Staff was very friendly, especially at the restaurant that I ate at. The floor that my room was located on (10) did have a bit of a smoke smell. My room did not. The rest of the property also didn’t have a smoke smell. Very pleased with my visit.

We were here for a wedding and it was great in the location aspect. The room was clean and comfortable, but did have a strong cleaning scent every time we walked in (better than casino smoke, I guess). Our only issue was the wifi. There isn’t great cell service in the rooms so wifi is necessary. However, the wifi wouldn’t connect for us. We asked the front desk and we were told to call the wifi customer service as it’s a third-party provider. After 17 minutes on the phone with cox customer service troubleshooting no solution was found. We were then told to ask the front desk for an access code. The front desk didn’t know what this meant and couldn’t provide one. We were credited $30 to pay for it though. Everyone was kind but ultimately a lot seemed out of their hands.

The room was below average for the rate. Most disappointing was the water pressure in shower and sinks, water was hot although. Also the room had a faint musty smell, perhaps due to being all carpet and cloth drapes and furniture. Liked the security in elevator s going to all room floors.

The room was OK except the shower was nasty. It had mold all in it. I showed photos to the front desk. Also, the shower door would only close about 80% closed. And, the safe locked up and would not open. Security could not open it with their passcode. We had to wait until after 11 pm for facilities to come and take the door off to get our things out of safe. They declared it dead and would need to be replaced.
