Room was very nice. TVs wouldn’t work. Reported it to front desk and they sent signals up but didn’t work. Reported it again they said they would send someone right up and they didn’t show up until almost 6:00pm the 2nd night we were there. We told them just to forget it by then. We never got maid service. Also our safe was in the open locked position so we could not use it. Just small things but things you wouldn’t expect in such a nice place.

Check your Resort Fee carefully before checking out! I stayed for 3 nights (Jan 28th – 31st), but the hotel charged me for 4 nights of resort fees. When I pointed this out, the front desk staff insisted that charging for the checkout day was correct. This makes no sense—no hotel charges a resort fee for the day you leave. I had to ask for a manager, and it took about 30 minutes to finally get the overcharged night refunded. What's worse is that the staff member didn't even apologize or make eye contact after the mistake was found. If I hadn't checked the bill, I would have had to spend hours on the phone later to fix it. Please double-check your folio before you leave this hotel!

Upon checkout, a $150 fee was added without explanation. I asked the clerk to waive it, she didn't. I asked to speak with the manager who actually could waive it but she took pleasure in refusing to waive it. This is the kind of garbage fee that the very lowest establishments force on guest. Not at all happy.

Im very pissed i tried contacting someone the night i checked in and never got a response i wasn't happy in not happy first of all when i get there they informed me there was a$150 deposit on the room and with it being close to the holidays they weren't sure how long it would take for the deposit to go back on my card after the stay and i got charged$250 for the room instead of$191 like i was quoted and the whole reason i booked a room there was so my daughter's could go swimming it was her birthday and the pool wasn't even open well it was but they closed at 6pm and didn't reopen until the next day at 10am check in isn't until 4pm and check out is 11am that is insane if I would've known that i would've stayed down the street at the hotel with an indoor pool open until 11pm and reopen at 8am which was$100 cheaper. To say I'm mad is an under statement first of all I'm going to write a bad review for false advertisement for getting over charged for the room and not being told about the deposit and the pool hours it says nothing about the pool but being open ever. Someone from management needs to contact me immediately.

From check-in to check-out the staff was extremely professional, friendly, and courteous. The room was fabulous. It was clean and so spacious. A sunken sitting area was an added bonus. We had a view of the river and the bridge. My expectations were definitely exceeded. The only thing that was frustrating was the internet coverage. Our Internet was very limited. I had to go elsewhere to get a good Internet signal. I only had LTE coverage.
