The staff was excellent, but unfortunately the facility is dated and needs to be updated. They offer free drinks and snacks in the evening.But the snacks were a joke. Breakfast has gone downhill.It used to be amazing, but not anymore! I can't say enough how amazing this staff was!

One of the two people checking people in was very discriminatory. I was waiting in line and an African American lady came in significantly after me. The employee was African American and checked her in ahead of me. I see this as reverse discrimination as I am Caucasian. If this were reversed it would have been a huge issue!

My husband and I have stayed here several times but this time has me questioning whether I’ll come back. We checked in the day before New Years Eve and it was quiet and not a lot of guest. We went out on New Year’s Eve and came back around 11:15pm. As we were coming in the back doors, large amounts of “non guests” were trying to get in behind us since they didn’t have a key card. We walked in and the noise was extremely loud and the entire hotel was filled with people partying. Everyone’s doors were open, boom boxes were playing loud, and people were partying outside the doors along the railing on all the floors. The police were there because it was getting out of control. We couldn’t sleep because the partying went on all night. We found out from a couple who was also there, that the hotel allows this every year. The next morning there was broken glass outside in the grass, trash all over the floors, food on the elevator floors. We spent over $1000 to stay here and it was definitely a horrible stay.
