The parking lot was congested. Had to park in parking garage that was a little inconvenient but worked for the day we stayed. We were there for an event which was within walking distance if you're able.

Hot tub wasn't working for the entirety of the weekend. We would have booked elsewhere had we known this. Carpets very stained. Bathrooms grimy. Toilet reluctantly worked with multiple flushings.

Our stay was great, minus the fact that the hot tub was out of service. It was one of the reasons we chose this hotel so we (the parents) were disappointed. But the kids loved the pool! There were plenty of breakfast options, though adding one more waffle maker would alleviate the long wait to make your own waffles. Otherwise, the food was pretty good! We will stay here again…assuming the hot tub is working!

The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Staff was very friendly and welcoming! Rooms were spotless and close to all attractions. Pool and hot tub was a great great added feature as well as the restaurant attached to the hotel!

The A/C in the room didnt work called front desk they had someone fix it but the second night it didnt work again it was 81 in the room.

The rooms did not match the advertisement online. Deluxe & Updated: LOL The carpets were stained horribly, just gross. To shut the bathroom door, you had to get to the tub to shut door. The shower had mold and behind toilet didnt look like it had been cleaned in months. The vanity was so so small you could barely put your comb & brush n toothpaste on it. The bed advertised as comfy, whoever put description on it, had never slept on the bed. I prefer a firmer bed, but, was fine until hubs got in bed and when he turned over, the mattress acted as it had air in it and i just about was spilled onto the nasty floor. 4 nights of misery. My kids were in room across hall, their room was just as bad. Like i said whoever wrote descriptions, got paid well, but, rooms didnt live up to it. Elevators were worn & stunk. Get the fresh coffee as they are making it, when its stronger, cause they water it down 1/2 way, i watched them do it every morning. Like you could read the paper thru it. The good parts were the check in, nice employees, and the breakfast buffet had good choices.

This hotel I picked bc we have stayed at Dury Inn and this is a sister chain. The managers reception was nothing but chips, pretzels. The drinks they offered were wine, and beer. The bathroom in the room had peeling paint and the exhaust fan was non existent. The carpet and the curtains had some nasty stains.
