This was a great location for downtown area, especially union station! Comfy beds, great breakfast, drinks and popcorn in the lobby was nice too.

The property is fantastic. Easy parking, very busy with hospital patients/families and bus tours. Check in and out was simple when the lines were not long. The f00d 0pt0ins worked as we were new in the area. They offered free wine, but there was not an option for alcohol free so we passed. We had a great view of the ferris wheel from the r00m, but the glass is super reflective and we c0uld n0t get a decent picture 0f it. I tried after checkout to find a way to get as close to it and n0 dice. C0nsider selling p0st cards maybe ?

All of the staff we encountered were so nice and polite! we even forgot a step in the checkout process and they helped guide us along the way to make it easier! when we come back to STL we will definitely be staying here!

They had long hours for the nice continental breakfast, nice for people from Eastern time zone! Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice perks of free cup of alcohol and chips and cheese, potato chips or pretzels 5:30-7. Coffee or soft drinks anytime. Also late afternoon popcorn free. Close to Ferris Wheel /union station and view of arch in the distance!

I was really pleased with my Stay at Pear Tree. The rooms were clean and spacious. Customer service was exceptional, at a time when it's a rare commodity in the hospitality sector.
