Room was ok but please put mirrors out side of the bathroom. Had to wait for everyone to shower just to put makeup on or even do hair, struggle was real for a girl haha. Staff was ok one lady at night told me that even though I paid for VIP parking, they couldn’t do anything for me the boys where not around to get my car. Checking in was great the kid was running his butt off and go a $20 bill from me. The rest of the nights not so good two boys that where parking cars where sitting on there phones in the stair area. We had to take the service elevator cause two out of 4 were broke. Then Saturday night the dang thing got stuck so ya there was that. I think the worst part was the $50.00 a day to park. I will recommend everyone not to VIP next year sorry.

The room was very nice and clean, but the lights went out and there was no hot water to bathe; on the 29&30. Also, I was not told about the 75 dollars incidental fee per night.which caused my family to spend money not in our budget for our Thanksgiving Trip.

Bugs in bed, window seal and in the bathroom. Bathtub was clogged, and the last night no hot water. No pool or hot tub. Then overnight parking was 40.00 a night. No one should stay at this hotel.

Had a wonderful stay up until 9:30 Saturday evening, then it went south like a rock! The power went out in all the rooms. Emergency backup lit up the corridors and common areas. Decided to wait in our rooms as this was our last night and weather was threatening to get worse. No courtesy phone call explaining situation or offering advice. Finally decided to call front desk as temperature in room kept falling. Front desk offered little to no explanation other than “It’s a problem with the electric company, they’re working on it. Really all I can tell you.” I asked if the elevators were available and was told, “No, do NOT use the elevators”. Used the one extra blanket in the closet and tried to sleep unsuccessfully. Finally at 7AM got packed up to leave. Struggled with 2 heavy pieces of luggage down 13 floors to parking garage. Noticed several guests using elevator in parking garage. Returned to lobby and was greeted by guest services gentleman asking if he could assist. Explained my situation, age, wife needing mobility assistance, heavy luggage still in room, no elevator available, etc. Was informed elevator had been available all night. He assisted us to our room with a cart and delivered us to front door promptly. When I inquired at front desk about misinformation, was told sorry that’s on the night audit. Was told they could offer us a refund of one days parking charge($40). When I protested, was told you will have to contact Expedia.
