"Decent stay on South Beach at a reasonable price! The free breakfast is fine and the welcome drink was very much appreciated. Nice friendly staff, from the reception, bar staff and the breakfast staff. Nice quiet rooms only a 3 minute walk to the front of South Beach. The only gripe is that the rooms look clean on the first impression, but on closer inspection the floor was dirty as my bare feet slowly turned black and hairs in the shower!"

"My husband I went for a quick trip to celebrate our anniversary and it was perfect. It’s around plenty of little shops and restaurants that are walkable. The check-in process was quick and our room was great. We loved the ambiance, the toiletries and most important everything was clean. The only downside is parking. You have to park on the street or in the parking garage around the corner."

"Property is in a great location. Incredible kid friendly (amenities, food options). We stayed for 2 nights pre-cruise and made good use of pool. Very walkable location as well. My only issue was with pool service- it was VERY difficult to find a pool server and there was also abanonded pool towels and plates everywhere. Seemed understaffed. Other than that we had a great time."

"Was really looking forward to staying here. The foyer to the hotel is really nice the rooms are big but could be done with a bit of an update in some areas. Had to get shower fixed but they seen to that fairly quickly. One member of staff was super friendly but the others did their job fine but could have been a bit more pleasant. No idea why they have a kitchen area but absolutely nothing in it."
