The room was clean and tidy, the location was convenient, and the shuttle service was prompt. We were able to store our luggage at the lodge and were driven directly to the train station after checking out; we didn't retrieve our bags until we arrived in Anchorage, which was extremely convenient.

We reserved the 3 bedroom house for our family of 4 adults, but when we checked in were informed it was under renovation and was not available. They had reserved the executive king and executive double queen for us at the same price and comped us for the breakfast buffet for both mornings of our two night stay. The rooms were excellent, with a view of the ocean and mountains. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is free and easy to access.
