We checked in Thursday afternoon, found that the fridge and the hot water in the bathroom sink. Told the front desk. They brought in another fridge set it on the floor next to the other one, said the fixed the sink. Sink handle still would not turn, so I went back down to front desk. He said they would have the main maintenance man go up, and nothing so Friday morning we went down and told them it still wasn't working. They went back up for third time and still not fixed. She did give a 25.00 food credit. Finally Saturday they got it fixed. I don't believe 25.00 is enough for almost half our stay with no hot water in bathroom sink. Wasn't impressed with this facility.

Property was really pretty and aesthetically pleasing! Easy access to pool and beach. Bracelets would not be my first choice as keys. A card is much easier! Only complaint would be the sitting area and hallways could use a good vacuuming and walk throughs more often to ensure they are clean of debris and leftover garbage. Other than that, rooms are great and the sitting area is pretty facing out to the ocean!

The ocean was visible from our Balcony. The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was very nice. The only problem I had was the bed. The bed was extremely hard it felt like sleeping on a hardwood floor. My back hurt the whole time I was there.
