Courtyard view was nice and balcony was a pleasant break from the small room. Amenities were akin to a 2-Star motel: in-room soap and coffee was very poor quality, it was a waste of money to even provide them… also $27 resort fee includes two bottles of water- but not the standard 12-16oz, they provided only the small 2-sip bottles. Restaurant attached looked cool, but hours are inconvenient, so we couldn’t visit it. We stayed here solely bc of the fireplace in room, and ours didn’t work. I will say the housekeeping is excellent- we left something in room and they came to find us at the car to give it to us! The hotels history is cool, but could benefit from more conveniences- drinks/snacks for purchase at the checkin counter or a vending machine at the least, or some coffee in the lobby. And find a way to make sure the fireplace works or is serviceable at night.
