"Room was clean and hotel had a cute lobby. However, room phone did not work, there were no extra blankets or cups in the room and the TV was glitchy."

"This hotel wasn’t terrible but wasn’t great. We only stay at Hilton Gardens and have always had great experiences but this one was different. The bed we had, not only was it practically on the floor, the box spring was also broken and had us slanting in towards the middle. In the bathroom, there was many different things that were broken. To top things off when waiting for the elevator, we encountered cockroaches. One big plus is the location. Being right next to the red line makes it super easy to get anywhere we wanted."

"Our room was beautifully made up and located where I was pronised (overlooking the Chicago River) which isn't always a guarantee at some hotels. The bar was adequately staffed and the premium liquors were premium. The staff is cheerful, polite and prompt. However..no one could fix the Chicago weather!!"

"The TV in our room was barely functional. Often shut off or reset itself. Sometimes the guide was inaccessible and when it did work, some of the functions were broken or worked incredibly slowly. "
