I absolutely LOVED the front office staff, especially the lady that helped us most days we were there. There was also a gentleman that gave us fabulous tips on how to get to the airport!! Of all the hotels I have stayed in, THIS is the one I will return to!!

We didn't get to enjoy the amenities or breakfast and it was just a quick one night stay But Yolo at the front desk was very welcoming. The lobby was very nice. Our room was Clean and comfortable. The only downside would be that it felt like the air circulation could have been better. The vent was on one side of the room and if you're sleeping on the double bed on the far side, it was hard to get that air. We would definitely stay again though!

Valet service was terrible—stole shoes from my vehicle. Trusted staff was terribly wrong. Luckily, I grabbed everything else from the car, leaving my shoes behind overnight, assuming the valet would have my vehicle checked in. Upon reading the pamphlet, the valet company is an affiliated company to Hampton Inn and NOT responsible for any possessions lost or stolen.
