The stay was good i guess, but there is no pool at the hotel and we needed to wait for long time for the elevators, we also had to take the stairs from 6th floor with 2 kids and the luggages bc the elevators are so full. But we enjoyed the breakfast! Its just that i booked the hotel for the pool. I hope they informed us ahead of time so that i dont have to bring our swim suits and vest for the kids.

We were very comfortable in our room and the breakfast was fabulous! The breakfast staff were helpful and professional. My child loved the open glass elevators and watching them take people up and down. Great walkable location to Michigan Ave and all the downtown attractions. Would stay here again.

This hotel was really nice clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and attentive close to everything. No need to get a rental everything‘s walking distance or you can use the train system one of the best complementary breakfast I’ve had in any hotel will definitely come back whenever I’m in town highly recommend Five star

Great location for spending a long weekend there. Walkable to Michigan mile, Millennium Park, Lake Shore, River Walk, etc. everything was within a 20-30 minute walk. Not the quietest area as we heard plenty of emergency vehicles, but I would stay there again because it was walkable, the staff was friendly, easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping!

This hotel is NOT a 4-star hotel by any stretch. Huge, extremely busy, very tired interior, and below-average service, leaving an impression of no one even trying. The room was ok, but the glass door in the shower leaked badly.

We really enjoyed this hotel. We were in Chicago for the marathon so hotels were very expensive but we were so glad we chose this one. The location is great with so many restaurants, bars, shops etc nearby. And also close to the subway. We loved the buffet breakfast, it did get busy but they kept everything so well stocked and cleared tables etc so fast. The pool was a big hit with our 6 year old son, and the gym was well equipped. The happy hour drinks and snacks were also a great bonus and the snacks were very varied and again well stocked. The room was clean and modern and Netflix etc on the TV. We would definitely stay again in Chicago and would love to come back soon!

The location was great and they cleaned up every day very well, but there was a stench in the room in the bathroom. It smelled like sewer and we were unable to get any help about it. They just came and sprayed air freshener. I wouldn’t stay here again. The only pluses were the location was close to all the sites and the free happy hour and breakfast was nice.
