Great stay in Chicago

Easy walking distance to heart of Chicago 15 min straight to right (when you get out of hotel) on State Ave. Nice little store on the side of hotel. Casino nearby What make us special is delicious breakfast with hot choices and happy hour in the evening with 2 free alcohol drinks and snacks Pool is smaller and water was cold for my liking and Gym has good equipment Personnel was helpful They want to charge us more for early check in but they have bags holding place I felt safe in the area of the hotel Metro and bus nearby

It was one of the nicest places to stay. Your full service breakfast was super, efficient and everything I wanted/needed. Throwing in a free cocktail hour for guests I had never seen before but a wonderful touch and fun to build into our schedule of events to go to. Thank you!! Quiet sleeping. No complaints!!

When we first entered our room the sink countertop had hair all over . This was such a turn off it showed how well the room was cleaned . We called immediately it took a while as I had to go to the front desk to get someone to come up right away . Because they were taking so long I went to get Bleach wipes at the supermarket next door
