No seat assignment until everyone else was aboard the plane. I was the last to board
Great attitude from the assisting staff.
So disappointed at the fact we have to pay for our luggage to fly on any flights, the tickets are costly enough.
Although the planes were newer, they seemed to handle turbulence worse than the planes I flew in in years past.
great flight just wish they'd provide headphone because with no head phones you can't hear anything of what you choose to watch
