"Friendly staff and perfectly suitable room, parking was across the street so unpack any luggage to avoid hauling it around the public self parking garage. Beautiful building, definitely a rowdy younger crowd but little to no noise in our room!"

"The Trump Hotel was located in the best center place possible in the heart of Downtown Chicago, walkable distance to literally everything, bars, restaurants, tourist attractions, walk by the river and boat tours, magnificent mile, millennium park and the bean, the willis skydeck... it's also Super clean! Fresh nice smell in the hallways and the rooms. Lake view room had the entire Downtown and the lake view covered. Super amazing!!!! Amenities top notch. Very polite and friendly staff. Terrace 16 was a little slow but amazing food and ambiance. Highly recommended!"

Don't miss the rooftop bar; it has a cool indoor-outdoor setup that stays busy with locals and guests alike. It’s a bit of a splurge for drinks, but the atmosphere makes up for it. The rooms are a highlight—very modern and beautiful with great city views. As for the service, the staff was friendly and capable, though they felt a bit "all business" rather than warm. Definitely a comfortable place to call home for a few days."
