No WiFi / no free water ?
Flight was very good. Not happy to pay for carry on luggage only to find it difficult to find overhead space near my assigned seat.
sorrt staff excellent with wheelchair and assistance/
The flight was delay for 2:30 hrs but the staff keep u updated about what was going on and they were super friendly
I didn’t like the concept that is doesn’t allow a carryon and the measurements are only in inches. Showing images of the acceptable bags would be a bigger help. Instead of having the examples at the airport.
Was not happy I couldn’t check in on line, because I didn’t have luggage to check. Had to check in at the airport!
The flight attendant by the name of Maureen was very kind and sweet to me.
thank you for making it an easy day after the holiday
I was not happy with other travellers. On my early moring flight the entire plane was dark so people could rest EXCEPT my seat mate...who had the light on and I could not rest. On the second flight the crying children were unbearable
