Staff was friendly and welcoming, but the room itself wasn't in the best condition. There were areas of chipped paint, a few holes in the walls, and the sink was clogged. Overall, great service but the room definitely needs some maintenance.

Overall stay was great! The staff and valet were very polite. My only complaint is there was hair in the shower when we checked in. Cleanliness there could be improved. I just washed it down the drain but it wasn’t pleasant to see. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice, close to many things & valet was quick to return our car to us. I’d stay here again.

Amazing place to stay!! I was in a panoramic room and the view was breath taking! ALL of the staff was SUPER friendly, nice, and helpful!! There is a restaurant on the bottom floor which is nice and the location is perfect!!

Absolute worst experience that I’ve had at a hotel! The front desk associate overcharged my card. Then she refunded the entire amount. Afterwards charged my card again! Maxed my card out, then told me my card was declining. She had no concern that her mistake overloaded my card with pending transactions and that the refund wouldn’t hit my account for 3-5 business days. As she was overcharging me, she was texting on her cell phone. This place does bad business and so would encourage you not to support this Hotel.
