Room was very clean but we were on the first floor in building 4 so had to walk up and down 24 stairs with a suitcase and I use a cane so it was very difficult. Unfortunately not realizing we had booked through a third party (Hotels.com) so we could not cancel without paying twice. We thought seeing that the room was on the first floor it would be perfect. The front desk woman was extremely kind and helpful and apologetic. Did not like that breakfast was across the grounds and we would have to use a tray to bring it back to our room. Hotel room was very nice and clean. Bathroom was small. Fireplace was not a fireplace but rather an electric small wood burning stove looking object. Room needed some maintenance.

My wife and I are seniors, we used our room specifically for a nice comfortable place to stay. It worked perfectly for us. Younger guests probably would take interest in other amenities. Quiet and clean.

The suite we stayed in was on the lower level with no elevator. We had to go down 3 sets of steps totaling 32 steps. As an older couple it was difficult to bring our luggage and other items down the steps and then back up when leaving. The breakfast was minimal and you had to put on a tray and bring it back to your room. Ridiculous!!!
