The staff was sub par at best. We asked for towels and had to get them ourselves since we didn’t get the room cleaned. I don’t realize that you had to request this service. We did so for day two and they never showed up. When we asked about it they said they were still working on it but that couldn’t be the case since housekeeping was literally next door to our room when we left that morning. The property itself is run down and could use a renovation. We used the hot tub which was ok. Overall I understand why is was so inexpensive but the reviews were so good I gave it a shot

Poor cleanliness

Room reeked of chemicals, no way to get fresh air. Bloodstained comforter, no soap in shower or by the sink to wash your hands, some other stain on the floor. Service was good, as they called in someone to get us a new comforter. Convenient location for the transportation center.

No daily maid service. The toilet in bathroom made for small child. Went down for breakfast. The coffee had no flavor at all. The worst then what I had in the navy. The server had a attitude. The overnight clerk was a male with feather hanging ear rings. There should be a certain dress code for employees. He should express himself when he is not working. I wont be coming back anytime soon

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. Didn’t have housekeeping once: no clean towels, trash didn’t get emptied. Never saw them. Maybe this is the new normal? Also advertises free airport shuttle. But we had to call an uber because they were being used as a taxi taking people all over town. First come first served they said. Also carpet was wet for some reason. Socks get wet in the room.
