First and most important: the room. The room was disgusting. My friend and I shared one of the beds because the other was filthy and full of hair. It honestly looked freshly slept in and remade. The room smelled of wet dog and urine. Bathroom was nit cleaned well. Woke up in the middle of the night with an allergy attelack from the dirty foced hot air heating unit. My friend encountered a hineless man in the elevator. He had a small dog with him and it peed inside the elevator! There was no free breakfast offered. I asked about a shuttle and was told the phone lines were down at the moment... ookay? The pool looked fine but I didnt use those facilities. The only thing I can tecommend is the donut shop across the street, Tonys - great selection and delicious.
