"House was well equipped and perfect for our family vacation. Kitchen stocked well with everything to cook. Master needs a new mattress, deep dip in bed. Other bedrooms excellent, porches awesome. Cant see the ocean but can hear it. Quick walk to beach 2-3 mins, boardwalk close. Communication was not stellar with Vacasa. Using Vacasa was the most unpleasant part of the experience. Texts, emails, and app messages just too many places to communicate and receive information and not get answered. If you are the homeowner, go with a different company. Vacasa is subpar!"

"Indian Pass Beach is beautiful and this home was the perfect place to stay for our large family. Very spacious beach home with an attached bathroom to every bedroom which was a huge plus for the four families and children. And had soap, toilet paper and shampoo provided! We went at Christmas so the beach was empty and perfect for walking and playing. The kids were able to play sand football every day (weather was perfect) and at night we played with all the games and puzzles that were provided. The kitchen is completely stocked with utensils and supplies. Hot tub was used often and helpful in the cooler weather at night. Heated pool had to have a part replaced so wasn't working however the owner had great communication the entire trip and worked out any issue we had quickly. Highly recommend !"
