Probably wouldn't stay again

Room was not impressive, bathroom super small. Not real clean. No daily housekeeping unless you schedule it. Breakfast was just ok. Pool smelled clean qnd didn't have overly chlorine smell. But when the kids walked around it you could see a film of algae on the bottom of the pool.

The room definitely had the “landlord special” in some spots. The plug in the sink for the bathroom kept getting stuck and we had to take the stopper out to keep it from getting stuck after fixing it multiple times. There was also yellow streaks all over the bathroom door that was very off putting

Staff was exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very stocked and good selections. Dining area was very clean. Pool area was well kept might think about putting a fence area for pets. Would definitely stay there again.

The property is very tidy and well-maintained. The air conditioning unit in our room sounded like a 747 and would kick on every couple of minutes and run for a few more minutes before shutting off. This went on throughout the night. We could’ve turned it off, but then our room would’ve become very warm and stuffy. There may be something wrong with the thermostat. We had to call the front desk to come and get it to turn on for us before going to bed. Queen size bed was small and the comforter and sheets didn’t feel like they were made for the bed. The comforter kept falling off the bed. The mattress was older and not very comfortable. It felt like there were actual bedsprings poking into our back and hips. It’s obvious that the hotel is making gradual improvements to their property. The young lady who greeted us at check in was excellent. She was very knowledgeable, super helpful, and very kind. She made us feel welcome. She needs to be given a raise.

Hotel is good. Walls and ceiling a bit outdated and feel like they’re going to cave in any second. The carpet also felt a bit dirty, but it does the job. It was clean enough and also the staff was nice.
