Lovely front desk staff. I was given a wonderful room with a great location.
My appointment on the day of check-out was delayed making it difficult to leave on time.
I called the desk & they accommodated my late departure which made an incredible difference in my morning activities.

The staff were friendly. The hotel room was like a spacious studio apartment with perks. I looked the shared outdoor patio area. I enjoyed the experience.
I stay at Dinah’s garden probably twice a year and have been doing this for about 12 years. It is such a nice hotel! With a wonderful pool and pool bar and restaurant. Everybody is super nice that works there. The rooms are very, very nice and comfortable. And I feel very safe staying there when I’m by myself as a woman. Absolutely love this hotel and the grounds are incredible!
I stayed in the Roosevelt Suite and it was amazing. Huge steam shower! The gardens were really transporting. I felt like I was somewhere else somewhere tropical and not just in Palo Alto.
We stayed for a quick overnight in early August. The rate was good for the Palo Alto area. We enjoyed resting by the pool after a 5 am departure from Southern California. The rooms are nothing fancy, but clean and updated for an older property. We enjoyed the complimentary Wall Street Journal in the lobby. The staff was very professional and welcoming.
