"Clean rooms will all amenities but could do with a small fridge. Executive rooms have a comfy bed and desk to work. Very quiet even being on a main road. Lots of breakfast options snd staff were very friendly and helpful. Would have liked room service for breakfast option as had a very tiring night before."

"As a solo traveller, I LOVED this hotel. The rooms are very small, and there is no elevator, which was very hard on my knees as I was on the third floor, but the location and staff made it all worthwhile. Look, this is not a super fancy hotel - it is where you stay when you know you are going to be exploring London for 10-12 hours each day and just need a place to sleep and wash up. It is located a very short block from Paddington Station which made it ideal for getting anywhere I wanted to go. The restaurants around the area were all delicious and reasonably priced. The staff were so kind and helpful, they truly made my stay a wonderful experience, and it is definitely where I will be staying when I return. Again - it is nothing fancy, and if you have mobility issues, there is no elevator, but the staff and atmosphere made it the top of my list pf places I stayed while in Europe."
