This hotel is in an excellent place just opposite Edgware Road tube station. Hotel was spotlessly clean and has great facilities. Check in was quick and staff really friendly. Breakfast was superb with great choice and although queues at peak time staff were quick to find a table. Only negative is coffee machines kept stopping and so long queues for a hot drink.

Room service is so slow it might as well not be an option. I had ten executive suite booked. I called 4 times for some milk and cookies between the hours of 10pm-2am. I made my final call upset and angry at 2am before finally waiting and going to bed without my milk and cookies arriving to my door. The finally came and I the reception said there was some miscommunication. Frankly that’s not my problem nor should it take 4 calls in 4 hours to get proper room service.

Didnt know if i booked b&b nothing was said at check in. A £50 extra deposit was required which i didnt know. I found the room tired for the money and the brand. Staff clearly had a speech for the west wing "has a beautiful view of the city" it didnt it had a view of the next apartment block. Just wholly disappointed.

This hotel was so incredibly disappointing, we stayed here as it was marketed as 11 minutes walk from Hyde park however when we got there we found out it was at least 20 minutes to the nearest entrance. We waited around half an hour to be checked in and our room was dirty and outdated. Not only this but the area is so unsafe, I will definitely not be staying here again.

Room was tired and neglected, everything just seemed very run down. £44 for 8 hours of parking, a rip off, it was £32 less than a month ago. Last time I'll be staying here and it's a shame as it was my usual go to.
