I did not have a pleasant stay at this Hilton property. Initially the desk staff Zaid gave away 1 of the 2 rooms I booked while I was checking in. This was a miscommunication between him and the other clerk Joshua and I was left with only one room available. The clerk Zaid was rude in how he handled the incident mentioning he was doing me a “favor”. When I returned a female clerk attended to me after speaking with Zaid and assigned me a room with bugs! I’ve attached pictures of the bugs in the room. I complained about this, and by this time my partner had arrived. He went to address this with the staff and at this point I was given a decent room. I DO NOT recommend this hotel for a girls trip or women traveling alone!! They do not make women feel safe without a man present. My partner lives in London and came to stay to ensure our safety. I chose this hotel bc of proximity to tube and central. We came in town for the NFL game and a celebration of life during the week. So this was convenient. However, the staff while checking in did not meet Hilton’s standard.
