The checkin guy did not offer to help with bags, when it was a very small staircase and the room was on the 4th floor and there is no lift. Though during the checkout there was another guy, who did help me with my bag. They do not provide any vanity kit, and every time you go up to your room, you would regret your decision to book this property. Stay Away. Also the rooms are smaller than a bathroom, and then in the bathroom, if you stand, you can't even close the door.

The hotel was lovely and clean. Staff were excellent. I scored 4 because I was near the stairs and the direction of the station. Very sleepless night. You definitely need ear plugs, this should be advised.

The staff are beyond friendly and helpful. Insist on bringing your suitcases to and from your room. Super clean and housecleaning every day. Tea and coffee and mini fridge in the room (no freezer). Rooms are small but good if you are planning on being out all day and only sleeping in the room. Had a tv and heat/ac. Overall great stay and would come again.
