"Great hotel. Clean, convenient and good service. Spa is good but no whirlpool and small saunas. Room decor is best in class with everything you could need. Great hearty and quality breakfast. A hotel with a bucketful of style and an abundance of nostalgia. In the top 3 in London for me. Expensive but worth it"

"This is a fantastic location. It’s easy to walk to Piccadilly and the West End. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The underground is across the street, there’s a bus stop a block away. Our room was very nice, and clean. But we had a door to an adjoining room and the people next door had a baby who started crying at 5am every day and we could hear it clearly. Also, the park view means you are on the busy street so unless you really need to see the park, save some money and don’t get the park view. We asked to move our room a number of times but were told it was impossible."
