We stayed one night and it was fine, the stairs down to the basement are a bit tricky, other than that, the room and bathroom were a decent size and with no window we had aircon which was amazing on the hot day we were there. I wouldn't stay for longer than a couple of days, but its location is great, would go back.

Location was great as it is really close to Paddington Station. Family room was perfect for our group of 5 and everything was very clean. They no longer serve breakfast or provide airport shuttles but the Heathrow Express is still the best option from Paddington Station.

This place was good, great location in Paddington. I room was a little small, but it did its job for what I wanted. The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms and property were clean. I stayed for 5 nights and would stay again if it was for only a couple of nights.
