Perfect location for Paddington Station, but despite being close to a great selection of cafes and shops, the hotel is in a very quiet street. Hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly and it's perfect for solo travellers.

Location was great as it is really close to Paddington Station. Family room was perfect for our group of 5 and everything was very clean. They no longer serve breakfast or provide airport shuttles but the Heathrow Express is still the best option from Paddington Station.

This place was good, great location in Paddington. I room was a little small, but it did its job for what I wanted. The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms and property were clean. I stayed for 5 nights and would stay again if it was for only a couple of nights.

Perfect hotel for Paddington Station - a four minute walk! Lots of cafés and shops in the next road, but the hotel itself is in a quiet, private street. Check in is smooth, the staff are friendly, the rooms are spotlessly clean - a perfect gem!

For what I paid for the room, I have no complaints. My third-floor single room was good enough, with a decent enough bed and bathroom. The shower was very good. I would note that the room was comfortably warm despite the fairly cool weather during my stay. This could be a problem in very hot weather conditions. A short walk from Paddington Station and walkable to many attractions, the location is superb with plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants nearby. The hotel does not serve breakfast, but that shouldn't be a problem given the location.

A very ‘compact’ double room. With en suite with a very small shower. No facilities for breakfast. The room had no window outside but did have a window into the corridor ? It seems two buildings have been made into one with a roof over what used to be space between the buildings. Location was fantastic for Paddington station and lots of bars and eating establishments nearby.
