The hotel is alright and the breakfast is good. The mattresses and pillows are quite hard though, and the rooms don't have any air conditioning, which makes for difficult sleeping on warm summer nights

Phoenix Hotel was wonderful. We will stay here the next time we come to London. Location was perfect. Close to Bayswater subway station and lots of restaurants and little grocery. The breakfast was great. We were very happy with our stay and can’t wait to go back.
