Location was great - The hotel was close to Paddington Station. The Hop on Hop off bus stop for the Big Bus and Toots was really close. There were several restaurants close by as well. Staff - staff was very helpful. Room - small (we knew that going in). Beds were comfortable, water pressure good, Has elevator. Would stay there again.

If want to stay at a lovely clean hotel with friendly staff and amazing breakfast this is the place. I stayed there for 2 night and for the price wow. I will definitely be back. And a stone throw away from Hyde Park (10 min walk).

This area is super convenient to Paddington Station, shops, restaurants, hop on hop off bus etc. The room was on the small & basic side, but it was very clean. Breakfast was included, there was no hot food, but a decent variety of cold food. The staff were...assertive in seating & clearing people out, seating single people together etc...but the breakfast room is small for the size of the hotel, only about 8 tables for ~25 rooms.

Hotel is dated, but the room was clean and functional. Would have been nice if there was a kettle in the room. Breakfast is super basic, so don’t expect too much. However, super convenient to get to and from Paddington station.

a cozy, tiny single room with all comfort you need as single person. Very close to Paddington station, the tubes, supermarkets, Restaurants, Hyde Park. Kensington Gardens. All very walkable. Enjoyes it very much. Even a lift was installed for the upper rooms. I will return.

It’s normal hotel. If you are thinking just sleep and having a shower, this is good hotel. But if you like a luxury hotel, I don’t recommend. Very nice access to Paddington station. There are some trains to Heathrow Airport.

It was well worth the price paid, but the building work outside in the afternoon was very noisy. Not have coffee making equipment in the room was a pain but could get a drink in reception.
