The check in process was excellent and the staff is wonderful, friendly and very helpful. The room was clean, but a bit dated. The elevators were very slow and not enough for the size of the building. The walkway to the elevators for the tower is right near the exit to the pool and lazy river...the floor was constantly wet and is not slip resistant. If traveling with older ones, this is quite dangerous. It would greatly improve the property if they covered it with some sort of slip resistant rubber for safer walking. The balcony and view of the ocean was great. The TV is satellite TV and with the windy atmosphere at the beach most channels were hard to view. Otherwise a nice long weekend stay.

Beautiful views of the ocean and friendly staff. Those were the only bright spots. The rugs in the room were FILTHY, mirror frames in the bathroom were broken. The main door is literally less than 3 feet from the bed! Very noisy people in the hallways at 3am and we went in the offseason. Can't imagine what its like in peak season. Will definitely spend extra to stay somewhere nicer next time.

Rooms were clean but I asked the front desk person did they have ice anywhere else he told me no and two minutes later a white male asked him the same question and he told him where the other machines were located in other buildings and I was very upset. The man saw the bucket was in my hand and we ended up walking together to find it and I was explaining what the front desk man had told me and he shook his head and felt bad but it wasn’t his fault he didn’t have to lie to me. What made him different from me so I won’t go back
