We had a side view of the beach front, i had rather been in the front and on a lower floor, like 3 or 4. My husband got stuck in the elevator without his phone for 15 minutes. 2 of the elevators wasn't working when we first arrived. My husband got stuck in the only one operating.

I don’t have anything to complain about, we had no power in bathroom, once I spoke to the office they were already speaking with maintenance to get it handled. 5 mins and it was already fixed.

There is a difference between Ocean Front and Ocean view (it's at an angle), that was a little deceiving and the rooms are outdated. Other than that we had had a good stay!

I loved, loved, loved the unobstructed view from not only the balcony but the bed!!! The balcony was spacious and clean. I enjoyed not being able to see my neighbors that were right beside me while we both were on the balcony. I loved the four pools. You had options and they were never full.

as a frequent traveler in health care , I would NEVER recommend this space to anyone, there were bugs (roaches ) in the room , smokers in 1 room I went to, VERY LOUD, I definitely would have reported this facility to DOH, however ,I was extremely dissatisfied.
