We were upgraded for free but room had mold around air vents and lots of stuff was falling apart in the room as well I can’t imagine someone having to pay the amount the room we were upgraded to was worth for the time we stayed with how much weird wear and tear wasn’t maintained. Even the hot tub is missing tiles all over. We also did not see anything online about having to pay for parking. So having to unexpectedly spend $25 a day to park at the hotel was not ideal but we did enjoy our stay all in all the staff was absolutely awesome and helpful!

I loved everything but the parking, the website said $25 per night which is what we paid last year. This year there is an additional $11 fee for using the app and taxes. I know it's only $11, but all fees should be noted on the website!!

My king bedroom oceanfront pet friendly room smelled like a litter box full of urine. We had to sleep with the balcony door open and the ac running all the while. It was so bad we left before breakfast. Room 126. The carpet needs to be replaced and the room treated with enzymes.

Was a great stay! The pools say they are all heated but they stay pretty chilly most of the day. Our toddler had no issue but it was a little too chilly for our 8 month old. Pools don’t open til 9am which was a little later than we are used to(they will fuss at you if you read the sign wrong pool GATES open at 7am). Other than that. Amazing food, amazing staff and drinks, the beach was an easy walk away and we loved our time! It was definitely a spot to revisit!

I like that there is a restaurant on the property, the breakfast is good and they do something different every morning. The one thing that I don't like is that as a gust of the property you have to pay for parking.
