Waiting to get a room forever, when the front desk was promised a max of “30 min”! Lost almost the whole first day of sun because of that!!! Overall service was bad, except for the bar by the pool. They are the only ones who made our stay welcomed!! No proper room service. No one picks up the phones. At the time of strong rain and wind, no one warn us and our umbrellas went swimming to the ocean and could have kill us on the way!!! I have videos of swimming huge umbrellas and beds in the ocean. Never seen it in any other hotels!! For the price it shouldn’t be that way!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Trump International Resort in Miami! We’ve stayed here in the past and truly enjoyed it, which is why we decided to come back, and we’re happy to say we are having the same amazing experience all over again. A very special thank you to Louis at the front desk, who was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. He made our check-in smooth and effortless and truly set the tone for our stay. The concierge team has also been outstanding always helpful, knowledgeable, and ready to assist with any request. Their support and recommendations make everything so easy and enjoyable. The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a perfect mix of relaxation and luxury. We are looking forward to enjoying the rest of our stay for the balance of the week and creating more wonderful memories. Highly recommended we will definitely be back again!

We had the best time at Trump International resort. The staff are so wonderful and very accommodating. We really enjoyed having dinner at Gills Beach Resort. The manager was the best and I wished I remembered his name. I’m looking forward to going back again next year.

No one answers the phone waited 2h on the beach for service and had to go inside and bring a manager. Building is old. Gym is so dated. It is so not a 4 star hotel and not worth the money you pay.
