We went Labor Day weekend. Property was very crowded and only had three working elevators. Every time you had to go up or down, it took so long. The outside beach staff who helped you get organized with chairs was phenomenal. Don’t have the same feeling about the weight.

The oceanfront suite is very spacious and has a gorgous view. The staff is very friendly and eager to help. The Cafe at the lobby has good options, but should extend hours. Outdoor pool bar food is delicious with great options, don't need to go too far for lunch, snacks, and drinks. The hotel restaurant's breakfast left me and my family speechless. Hotel was not busy but room service was slow for some reason. The location of the hotel is great, didn't have to go far for dinner. I would suggest to renovate the pool area and hotel rooms, they are outdated.

It was fine.

It was a few areas that looked worn down which was unexpected. The staff was nice. Laquana(?sp) the house keeper on our floor was very accommodating. The only thing was when booking it sais this is what you will pay. Is wasn't. We paid $180 more than listed. Also it was $50 valet which you didn't have a choice to avoid.
