As soon as we took the elevator it smelled horrible sewage like. Hallway smelled like dirty carpet. We get to roof felt dingy we left to visit a family member in the hospital. Once returning we see a roach on the wall, as we are eating our dinner my father sees another roach and out appetite was ruined. Once inspecting the room more i see the restroom door shows signs of it being wet and damaged. Hair by bathtub and bathtub has oxidation/dirty. On some walls there stains around the room

The room was adequately clean - floors were definitely dirty (socks picked up dirt). The room was cleaned once during the week which was ok - sheets were changed at that time. Initially only one bar of soap was provided which was insufficient. Towels could be changed at any time from the front desk. There was a very bad sewage smell in the elevator and the lobby of the second floor - awful.
