We were given a king room instead of double. The key we were given did not work, the second key did work but the room had not been cleaned bed was unmade, towels on floor. We did not arrived until 9:pm. We took all our stuff back down stairs and was given another room. Back upstars to another King room door was open and smoke alarm was beeping. Back downstairs with all our stuff, given another room with double beds clean and fine. All in all one hour after a long day of traveling and spending the evening at Callaway Gardens we were exhausted. I have to say the lady at the front desk was remarkable, I know this was not her fault.

The facility was undergoing a complete renovation to include the landscaping outside. It was messy. In our room, which was just renovated, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. There wasn't even a toilet paper holder. The TV was new. It still had a sticker on it but the remote provided didn't work. The front desk clerk was helpful and tried to correct the problems. We were booked for 2 nights and left after one. Hopefully it will be better once all the work is done. I wish we had known before making the reservation.

we did not know that construction was going on, we were there for an entire week. The noise was awful, there was no hot water for shower, there was no coffee maker or cups in the room, the fridge has yellow lable on it from purchase, the microwave door kept falling off, there was only one small trash can. This was a birthday celebration and it was very disappointing.

We confirmed early check in before our stay, our room was not available upon check in. We were then put in 4 different rooms before they were able to locate a room with a king bed. The hotel was under construction at our time of stay, we would not have stayed here had we known. There were boxes blocking the drive up, a random blown tire on the middle of the drive. It was messy in the lobby, loud on our floor with construction. The walls do not block sound of any sort. The air conditioner barely kicked on and when it did it shook the whole room. There was only a plug on one side of the bed, the backboard installed over the other side of the bed. There wasn’t even a trash can in our room, ice machine didn’t work on our floor. The list goes on! What a terrible, unorganized, generally dirty hotel.

Room was very clean, newly renovated on our floor and very comfortable. Staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. Daytime front desk gentlemen was very helpful for suggestions of area attractions. We came at a bad time during renovations. Boxes of mattresses and such everywhere in common areas. Covers off HVAC units were off in hallway making me afraid of fires and exercise room was closed. Although breakfast was suppose to be served until 10 am, it was put up at 9:30 on the day we left. All that being said, I would stay again after renovations are completed.
