"Eggs were fresh but needed more bacon"

"We were in Little Rock (80 miles from our home) for a very early outpatient surgery requiring a return visit the following day. So, we decided to spend the night nearby to avoid a second road trip. We were very happy with our day and night at the Comfort Inn. Both Asia and Danielle at the front desk were great at accommodating our needs. Both kind and pleasant as well as efficient. The breakfast was fresh, hot, and plentiful. Each staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Would definitely return. "

"Overall, I'm giving this property 5 stars for getting the basics right. Staff were courteous, room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfy. That said, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for stays more than a day or two. The room has so much unused space and there are no drawers or wardrobe to store clothing in. There are coat hooks attached to the wall and a rod for holding hangars, but that is all. Breakfast is also disappointing. Nothing hot, very little variety. Only cereal, oatmeal, bagels, sugary yogurt, apples, and hard boiled eggs. I would expect to at least have a waffle maker and some other fruit like bananas or oranges."

"Clean, spacious, room with comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Check in was easy and the complimentary hot chocolate was delicious!"

"The hotel itself was beautiful and very up to date. The room was great, and we really enjoyed the restaurant, drinks, and gift shop. The location was perfect for us since we were in town for a cheer competition and wanted to stay close to everything in downtown Little Rock. The only downside was the valet service. We waited about 40 minutes in a long line to valet our car. My mom is elderly and cannot walk long distances, which made the wait especially difficult. Because of the delay, I ended up planning to park on my own and walk back to the hotel. Overall, the hotel was wonderful, but the valet wait time definitely needs improvement, especially for guests with mobility concerns."
