We got a suite and it was nice and large for our family of 4. The main negative was that the AC did not cool properly and seemed to be on the fritz, as it rattled the entire night. I personally could not sleep because of the heat and noise the AC made. If it wasn’t so late when we got in and the fact that our kids were so tired, we probably would have requested another room.

This was the 5th time we stayed there. We have never had any problems and have always enjoyed the stay. This trip we realized after we left that we had forgotten some clothes hanging in the closet. When we called later that day they said that nothing had been turned in. They checked the room and nothing was there or had been turned in to lost and found. Obviously someone needed those shirts more than us, but it was very disappointing. So make sure you triple check before you leave to make sure you have everything.

Shelby the front desk manager was so friendly and professional! Room was clean, gym was clean, the location was amazing and I would definitely stay here again. Oh and the roof top pool was simple, clean and nice as well!
