This Resort is NOT handicapped and Older People friendly at all. We booked this reservation few months in advanced and had requested a first floor room- room at near as possible to the restaurants and pool as my companion was not able to walk very far. Instead they gave us a hotel third floor- after se teal discussions they finalized gave us a first floor room very FAR from all amenities this limited my companion to leave the room. Very unpleasant stay at this hotel. Front desk staff didn’t seem to care at all about my situation. They kept lying about not having rooms available. On a positive note the rest of the staff at the resort were friendly we will. Or stay at this resort again they do t care about disabled and older people

Habitaciones muy limpias, staff muy amables y serviciales, champaña, refrescos y agua en el refrigerador, de la habitacion, buen aire, piscinas equipadas y con actividades divertidas,! Se puede pasar a Playa Bachata caminando!! Ambiente fenomenal!!! Mi unica queja por asi decirlo es que las bebidas son muy aguadas!! Ellos piensan que no sabemos a que saben los licores y las senti muy ligeras y sin sabor!! Pero la tomamos y la pasamos Super bien!! Los restaurantes, heladerias y coffe store !! Muy buenos!! Recomiendo el lugar!!! Mi familia y yo la pasamos muy bien

Staff at the pool bar, Wilkin and Delvi are so friendly. Our favorite waitress was Juana and she was so attentive! One thing I was disappointed in was that at the buffet they had limited amount of “certain” food. So if you’re not there early oh well. On a brighter note, we really enjoyed the food at the Teppanyaki Restaurant. Staff doesn’t put on a show as I thought they would but the food was absolutely delicious!

Rooms could be cleaner, updated. Food was always cold and it was difficult to get reservations. Water in the shower was luke warm at best. Entertainment was the same throughout our entire stay. Weekends was over crowded since they allow locals to use the facilities and with a pool being under construction it was not enjoyable.

What I like about this resort was that it was clean, staff was very friendly and attentive. My only complaint is that food could have been way better and getting RVSP to the restaurant u should book them when checking in so u can at least get to go to the restaurant instead of the buffet…. Another thing they really should have a night club or make the 24 hour bar a night club after 10pm people can actually go dance and have fun night . A great thank u to Skinny, Christopher for making our days fulls of laughter and Yesy for making our stay better and getting a safe ride into town.

First this is our first vacation ever and we were surprised how amazing it was there and everyone was friendly… The breakfast was amazing, dinner was amazing as well and the stuff remember you after seeing you one time and they are always smiling… My wife and I would go for breakfast and they seen us and already had tea and coffee at the table waiting… They have a sports bar open 24/7 food , drinks , coffee or tea available… It was my wife and I honeymoon / vacation and we loved it there and next year we will stay longer maybe 3 weeks… I would recommend this place to anyone that wants a great time either first time or you been in DR many times.. We can’t wait to get back there.. Thank you to the staff and all members there we really appreciate the experience and hospitality.. Thank you very much from Canada Ontario couple

The buffet was amazing, I love how every day there was something different. The staff was so welcoming and kind. Only issue was that they were renovating the other pool and we couldn’t enjoy the beach due to high tides. Overall 10/10
