This resort is consistently inconsistent. They run out of food, alcohol, they say they have 6 restaurants and they have 3.
The customer service is horrible, the employees rarely acknowledge you when you ask for something. The plaster is my bathroom is falling off the wall, the shower water leaks into your bedroom and I’ve had a towel down throughout my 7 day stay. There were no robes in my room but were in my sisters room. I came here with 16 family members and we are all upset, frustrated and wanted to leave after day 1.
You can only make 2 reservations to the a la carte restaurants and we’re here for 7 days which is really unfair. The food at the sports bar is bad, the Italian restaurants pasta is thick and gummy, the habachi experience is lacking due to not having menu items, the steak was chewy and the foods lacks flavor. The buffet restaurant is the same for breakfast, lunch and dinner and consistently runs out of food and the only saving grace is the omelet, plantains and oatmeal in the morning and the grilled chicken, beans and rice and grilled veggies for lunch and dinner.
The resort does not have enough pool and beach chairs for their guest but rents as least 50 chairs a day to the cruise ship patrons while not having enough chairs for the resort guest. I spent 30 minutes fighting with guest services to get a chair for me and my sister.
