This Resort is NOT handicapped and Older People friendly at all. We booked this reservation few months in advanced and had requested a first floor room- room at near as possible to the restaurants and pool as my companion was not able to walk very far. Instead they gave us a hotel third floor- after se teal discussions they finalized gave us a first floor room very FAR from all amenities this limited my companion to leave the room. Very unpleasant stay at this hotel. Front desk staff didn’t seem to care at all about my situation. They kept lying about not having rooms available. On a positive note the rest of the staff at the resort were friendly we will. Or stay at this resort again they do t care about disabled and older people

This was a family trip; there were 19 of us, and we booked 10 rooms. Each of those rooms was in poor condition. In one, the air conditioning didn't work; in another, water leaked into the room when you used the bathroom; in another, it flooded when it rained; in another, the toilet was clogged; in another, the bathtub was full of grime; and some toilet seats were broken. There weren't enough towels. The food wasn't very good. They don't allow more than one reservation per stay at the restaurants. The staff, however, were very friendly and helpful. Este fue un viaje familiar éramos 19 personas reservamos 10 habitaciones. Cada una de esas habitaciones estaban en mal condición una el aire acondicionado no trabajaba otra cuando usabas el baño el agua filtraba a la habitación Otra cuando llovía se inundaba, otra el toilet estaba tapado. Otra la bañera llena de mugre. La etapas de algunos toilet rotas. No habían suficientes toallas . La comida no muy buena. No te permiten en hacer más de una reservación por estadía en los restaurantes. Con relación al personal muy amable y servicial.

There were several issues. Lack of enough shower towels . Not enough beach chairs. The room phone was not working. The coffee machine was broken. They did change it.

Yes the breakfast , lunch and dinner was amazing...The only I have complaint about the alcohol drinks...The bars need more options no just Dominican Rum...like Bacardi, Don Q anothers options .Im pretty sure people recommend it if they found more options
