Super nice and friendly front desk agent last night when we arrived. Loved that there’s always tea and coffee and snacks options (like our case, arriving late, tired and hungry) Breakfast was great! Good variety and options for everyone Nice hotel and location Perfect to go out for a walk with my dog The only small thing I didn’t love the mattress. Felt a bit old and too soft, would sink in the middle. But everything else was great! Would come back for sure!

Parking beware

No room for a truck hauling a trailer. And no solution. We ended up with a parking ticket for a 6 hour stay. Hotel was clean and nice though.

Staff was outstanding very helpful answered all our questions about area and hotel. Room (king) was spacious and clean & quiet.Breakfast was Delicious and filling. We did not see much of area because of arriving Late,but view outside was beautiful with all buildings lit up.(6 floor)

We loved our stay here!! We are a bit spoiled, so at the beginning it was a bit "outdated" however the hotel is working on renovations to update it. We didn't know we had to pay $15 per day to park in the parking garage - bummer and the pool was closed (which we didn't know either till we got there). The staff is incredible and we were always treated with kindness. We got extra water every day and room cleanings too. The location is amazing and located nearby coffee shops, restaurants etc. We would recommend going to SoMa, it's about a 15min walk, the downtown there is so cute. Thank you for making our stay easy!
