I stayed here for the first time on New Year’s Eve due to its convenient location near a downtown event. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the room was spotless. One of the front desk team members even called my room about 20 minutes after check-in to ensure everything was satisfactory, which was a thoughtful touch. The thermostat easily switched between heat and A/C, and the shower was hot, which was much appreciated after a long drive. The mattress and pillows were also very comfortable. I didn’t have the hotel breakfast the next morning, so I can’t comment on that, but everything else about my stay was absolutely wonderful. Thank you for such an enjoyable experience!

Staff was great, room was perfect and overall the feel of the hotel was safe and welcoming. Room service was yummy and hit the spot and being able to acquire a crib for my newborn was, the cherry ontop of my stay. The morning crew, that led the breakfast buffet, were perfect. Their attitudes and smiles were , EVERYTHING! Truly great , location overall!

Second time staying here in a month. Rooms felt extremely safe and this is very important being single and traveling with a newborn. Beds were perfect and quality of bedding, fantastic. Staff was beyond hospitable and kind, during both stays. The true stars belong to those running the morning breakfast, everyone I met was a true MVP . My only complaint is , I stayed on Friday , both times. Which meant the steak house was packed, leaving little to no parking. With a newborn, I drove around quite a few times before getting a spot in the front, where things feel the safest. Everything else, was perfect!
